Shipping & Delivery

We only deliver within Australia, via Australia Post. The duration of delivery times can vary depending on the geographical location of the purchaser or operational circumstances effecting Australia Post. We try hard to post your parcel either on the day of, or the day after you place your order.

Please notify us if goods arrive damaged or if your goods have not arrived in a reasonable time frame. We provide a tracking number and at all times we encourage you to get in contact with Australia Post promptly. Please see our policy relating to the tracking of goods here

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All our prices are in Australian dollars and include the Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST). All products are priced at the recommended retail price as set by the different brands. We may reduce items prices to make way for new stock and at times, we will also have sales and promotions of both products and services.
