At Carinya Hair, we understand that people get sick, life gets busy and plans sometimes change. However, as a small business operating in very challenging economic times, we must have a cancellation policy to reduce the number of ‘no-shows’ and last-minute cancellations that cause financial harm to our business.
To ensure that we can at least try to fill the appointment gap, we kindly ask for your support with the following booking policy:
To secure your appointment, you must pay a 20% booking fee/deposit when booking. This amount will be applied to your service on the day of your appointment.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, or if there is a no-show, the booking fee/deposit will be non-refundable.
Clients with a history of late cancellations or missed appointments (2 or more) may be asked to pay in full when booking future appointments.
