What do you love about working at Carinya?
I love working at Carinya because I’ve been made to feel like I’m part of the family already. Sharon has created a beautiful space where clients feel at home, it’s such a warm atmosphere to work in.
Training & Qualifications:
• Diploma in Beauty Therapy – London
What ignites the flame every day?
I look forward to coming to work every day because I love making people feel good about themselves. It’s the best feeling when someone leaves the salon and they love how they look and feel. I can show someone how they can enhance their facial features by creating the perfect eyebrow shape, help them relax with a massage or dramatically improve the look and feel of their skin with a La Clinica facial. There are so many opportunities to make people smile.
What services do you enjoy performing the most?
I love doing facials the most because I love seeing the progress that can be made over time by using La Clinica products. Using the perfect skincare creates a natural glow and that’s my ultimate-goal, to make clients feel good and shine from within.
What do you do outside of work?
In my spare time, I enjoy walking on the beach, swimming and practicing yoga. I’m really enjoying the outdoor lifestyle since moving to Australia.
What charity or community organisation do you/would you like to support?
In London, I was an active supporter of Age UK, a charity providing care and support to the older generation as they supported my granny in her later years. I raised money for the charity by running a half marathon as well as supporting annual Christmas appeals. I would like to volunteer with an organisation, here on the Central Coast, that supports the elderly.
If you could give your clients a message, what would you say?
Beauty is within us all, sometimes it just takes a little pampering to help that beauty glow externally.
